The iGrow Discipleship System is a 4 part Class System that seeks to assimilate worship attender’s to active disciples of Jesus Christ.

This if for anyone who has committed or re-committed their lives to following Christ.

- Are there any rules to living as a Christian?
- Do I have to live my faith out in the open?

iCommit
After taking the step to being a modern day disciple of Jesus, learn what the vision and mission of Valley Praise is. You can then decide if you want to commit to being a faithful member of Valley Praise.

This class will be a highlight of the Class System! Here you will take a spiritual gifts inventory, a long questionnaire, and with the results we will find out what your strengths are in ministry.
Questions answered:
- Is God calling me to a specific ministry?
- Will we continue meeting in a Middle School forever?
- What purpose has God created me for in His kingdom?
iLead
We want to make leadership accessible to people of the congregation. We believe that if you are committed to going through our Class Systems you have the commitment necessary to be apart of our ministry leadership team.

- Where can I use my gifts?
- How can I empower others to lead like me?
- How can I make the most impact?
Grow Groups
At Valley Praise we practice a three semester Christian Education schedule with a time for preparation, promotion, and organization in between each that goes along with our public school calendar. Grow Groups can meet at our Ministry Center, in homes, or at local coffee shops or restaurants.
Schedule:
- January, May, and September: Recruit facilitators, find study resources and materials, promote and market our upcoming groups, sign people up
- February-April, June-August, and October-December: Grow Groups will meet.
- A Grow Group 1. Meets Regularly 2. Reads scripture 3.Fellowship’s together and 4. Prays together and for each other

We believe that we can Grow more in small group settings where we can know how to support each, encourage each other, and pray for each other.
